Steve Pinckney, MBA
Co-Founder
Marine and Army Veteran who transitioned into the business world after military service. Steve worked at Hardware Specialty, an aerospace industry small-parts manufacturer and distributor, and at White Rabbit where he tested R&D systems for government contracts. He was a Consultant at PwC for the automotive, aerospace, and defense industries, and later a Solution Engineer at Oracle supporting Oracle Fusion and NetSuite for the same sectors. He holds an MBA from Syracuse University.
Lawrence Butts
Co-Founder
Army Veteran and strategic leader driving market expansion and revenue growth. Deep expertise in industry dynamics, partner relationships, and operations. Lawrence shapes go-to-market strategy, identifies partnership opportunities, and ensures the platform delivers measurable value nationwide.
Nathan Seamon
Co-Founder
North Carolina State University alum with a B.S. in Computer Science. Nathan spent 5.5 years as a full-stack engineer at Dell EMC, securing PowerStore systems for federal sales with a focus on hardware-based encryption, STIG/FIPS compliance, and data protection. His multiple pending patents span data analytics and information security. He then joined Oracle as a network engineer, building AI platforms to improve network reliability and enhance the on-call operations experience.
Rob Fenchel, MBA
Co-Founder
Finance and accounting leader with deep expertise in GAAP, financial modeling, and SaaS metrics. Rob spent his career overseeing fiscal operations, building robust accounting frameworks, and driving capital efficiency for enterprise technology companies. He holds an MBA and ensures West Solutions maintains rigorous financial discipline while scaling to serve partners nationwide.
Ryan Cotterell
Co-Founder
Marine Recon veteran who transitioned into humanitarian logistics and operations. Ryan earned a finance degree from New Jersey City University while running large-scale refugee resettlement logistics, including an 80-person food service operation in El Paso. He currently leads a DHS food service and logistics contract servicing the Tucson Sector for U.S. Border Patrol.
